La Crema Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc Expands Nationwide

The wine is fermented in a mix of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Jackson Family Wines has debuted a Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc in its La Crema lineup. Sourced from a variety of vineyard sites from warmer Sonoma County sub-regions, including Knights Valley, Alexander Valley, and Dry Creek Valley, La Crema Sauvignon Blanc ($25 a 750-ml.) was fermented in a mix of neutral oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, and rested on the lees for two to three months prior to bottling. The wine, which was available on a regional basis last year, is now available nationwide. For more information, visit Lacrema.com.
