Opici Wines & Spirits is extending its Napa Valley wine brand The Critic with a Chardonnay varietal. The Critic Chardonnay ($20 a 750-ml.) is harvested in late September and aged in oak barrels for at least six months. It will be available at in on-premise restaurant settings and fine wine retail stores nationwide, joining The Critic Cabernet Sauvignon in the brand’s range.
