The Prisoner Wine Co., part of the Constellation Brands portfolio, is extending at the high end with the launch of Grail, a limited-production Napa Valley red blend. Made from three blocks within Wappo Hill Vineyard, Grail ($200 a 750-ml.) is a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, and 8% Cabernet Franc. Constellation called the wine The Prisoner estate’s most ambitious winemaking project to date. The new wine is available on the company’s website now.
