Kintsugi Sake LLC, the company behind Oishii Sake, is expanding beyond its sake and RTD portfolio with the national launch of Oishii Matcha Liqueur, a shelf-stable, plant-based liqueur crafted with just four ingredients: Japanese ceremonial-grade matcha, sake, sugar, and rice milk powder. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free, the liqueur contains no dairy cream or artificial colorants. The 15% abv new entry ($25 a 750-ml.) is receiving a national rollout through Total Wine & More, regional retailers, and on-premise accounts.
