Boisset Collection has launched a luxury Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon under its newest wine brand, 1881 Napa. The 100% Cabernet Sauvignon ($40 a 750-ml.) was aged in 40% new American oak for 12 months. The brand shares its moniker with Boisset’s 1881 Napa wine history museum and tasting salon in Oakville, which opened last summer. The wine is available nationwide.
