Mendocino, California-based Bonterra Organic Vineyards, owned by Fetzer Vineyards, has launched The Elysian Collection, a new, super-premium wine range. The new lineup is currently limited to a Merlot ($25 a 750-ml.), which is made from organically farmed grapes sourced from around California, with additional varietals are set to launch in the near future.
