Proximo Spirits’ Bushmills has kicked off a new “Private Reserve” series with four new Irish single malts. The series celebrates the art of cask finishing and the debut offering contains three 10-year-old whiskies (each $60 a 750-ml.) finished in plum (46% abv), Bordeaux (46.5%), and Burgundy (47%) casks, as well as a 12-year-old malt ($75) finished in Tequila casks (47.5%).
