Champagne Billecart-Salmon is launching its newest prestige cuvée, Louis Salmon 2009. Louis Salmon ($220 a 750-ml.) is named after the first chief winemaker of the family house. Sourced from 100% Chardonnay Grands Crus of select plots from the Côte des Blancs terroir (Cramant, Chouilly, and Mesnil-sur-Oger), it is rolling out nationally.
