Champagne Henriot is introducing a new collection, L’Inattendue (French for “the Unexpected”), dedicated to showcasing one of the house’s Grand Cru vineyards in a single year. The first L’Inattendue ($155 a 750-ml.), which is available in limited quantities in the U.S., highlights the Grand Cru Chardonnay Avize in the Côte des Blancs and the 2016 vintage.
