Bordeaux’s Château Climens, imported by Vineyard Brands, is introducing its first dry wine in the U.S. market. The newcomer, Asphodèle ($42 a 750-ml.), was made from 100% Sémillon, with Climens proprietor Berenice Lurton consulting with Sancerre winemaker Pascal Jolivet on the project. It debuts with the 2018 vintage and is available nationwide. For more information, visit Chateau-climens.fr.
