Napa, California’s CK Mondavi and Family has added two new releases—Buttery Chardonnay and Dark Cabernet Sauvignon ($7 a 750-ml.; $14 a 1.5-liter)—to its collection of California wines. The Chardonnay comes in at 13.5% abv and features a color changing label that indicates when the wine is at the proper serving temperature.
