Constellation Brands debuted a new wine from its Robert Mondavi Private Selection brand in March. The Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay ($14 a 750-ml.) was sourced from coastal vineyards in Monterey County and aged for nine months in new American oak barrels. A portion of the blend was aged for an additional two months in both new and used Bourbon barrels from a Kentucky distillery. The wine is available nationwide.
