Puerto Rico rum maker Destilería Serrallés has launched Don Q Single Barrel 2009, the latest label in the brand’s Signature Release series. The rum ($40 a 750-ml.) was aged for nine years in American oak before being bottled at 40% abv. This is the third release in Don Q’s Signature series, and it’s available nationwide.
