The fourth release in the series was distilled in the fall of 2008 from a mash of corn, rye, and barley.

Diageo has announced the latest release in its series of bonded George Dickel whiskies from Cascade Hollow Distillery. This edition, Bottled in Bond (Distilled in Fall 2008) ($45 a 750-ml.), is the fourth release in the series and is rolling out now across the U.S. The whiskey, bottled at 50% abv, is made from a mash of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, and was selected by Nicole Austin, Cascade Hollow’s distiller and general manager. In 2019, Dickel’s Fall 2005 bonded whiskey was chosen as Whisky Advocate’s Whisky of the Year. For more information, visit Georgedickel.com.
