Edrington Americas has unveiled a new single malt Scotch from Macallan Distillery. Featuring barley grown at its 485-acre Easter Elchies property in Speyside, The Macallan Estate ($250 a 750-ml.) was distilled over the course of a single week. The 43% abv whisky is packaged in a gift box containing an inlay of slate, along with photography of the estate’s barley fields on the banks of the River Spey.
