Connecticut-based importer Evaton is introducing Fio a Fio, an aromatic white wine from Portugal’s Vinho Verde region. Translating to “Thread by Thread,” Fio a Fio ($15 a 750-ml.) is made by the same winemaking team that produces Evaton’s Silk & Spice red blend. It’s composed of three of Portugal’s native white grapes—Fernão Pires, Loureiro, and Alvarinho—and is rolling out nationally. For more information, visit Evaton.com.
