Foley Releases Two Stacks Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey

The new whiskey is aged for 3-5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels followed by 1-3 years in Oloroso Sherry barrels.

Foley Family Wines & Spirits has launched Single Grain Double Barrel, the latest Irish whiskey from Two Stacks. The whiskey ($45 a 700-ml.; $7 a 100-ml. can) is distilled from a mash of 94% corn and 6% malted barley and ages for 3-5 years in ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing for 1-3 years in Oloroso Sherry barrels.
