Guarachi Wine Partners Launches Bacon

The Rhône-style red was aged in oak barrels.

Guarachi Wine Partners has introduced Bacon, a new Rhône-style red wine brand. Made with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Merlot, and Petite Sirah grapes, all sourced from California’s Central Coast, Bacon ($20 a 750-ml.) was aged in oak for 12 months prior to bottling. The wine is available in eight markets, with a nationwide rollout scheduled for later in the year. For more information, visit Drinkbacon.com.
