Heaven Hill Brands is launching a new bottled-in-bond Bourbon, replacing a 6-year-old expression previously available only in Kentucky. Heaven Hill 7-year-old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon ($40 a 750-ml.) is bottled at 50% abv and exceeds the 4-year mini- mum aging requirement for bonded whiskies.
