Jackson Family Wines’ La Crema has expanded into Cabernet Sauvignon, with a new Sonoma County appellated wine from the 2022 vintage. The new Cabernet Sauvignon ($45 a 750-ml.) was made by winemakers Craig McAllister and Lisa Valtenbergs and includes a small percentage of Merlot and Petit Verdot. The fruit is sourced from vineyards across the Alexander Mountain, Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Bennet Valley regions.
