Champagne Laurent-Perrier has unveiled Héritage, billed as the first Brut Champagne made from 100% reserve wines offered by a Champagne house. The blend ($86 a 750-ml.) of 55% Chardonnay to 45% Pinot Noir includes grapes from 40 crus, of which half are Grands Crus. Héritage is available nationwide.
