Napa Valley winemaker Julien Fayard, along with sommelier Camille Gaïo, is introducing Les Vins Julien Le Blanc Light, a white field blend of California grapes from the Sierra Foothills. The wine ($28 a 750-ml.) is billed as a lower-alcohol option at 11% abv. Les Vins Julien Le Blanc Light is available online at Maison Fayard’s website and at its downtown Napa shop.
