Quintessential Wines has added a new line from Argentinian winery Bodegas Bianchi called Oasis Sur. Named for the “southern oasis” of San Rafael in the country’s Mendoza province, where Valentin Bianchi first opened a winery in 1928, Oasis Sur features Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon (both $16 a 750-ml.).
