Argentina’s Santa Julia, imported by Winesellers Ltd, is introducing Chimango Natural Malbec Rosé in the U.S. Produced from 100% certified organic Malbec grapes, the newcomer ($20 a 750-ml.) is made without added sulfites, using natural yeasts, and is bottled without filtration. It undergoes a brief fermentation with its skins. It joins the existing Santa Julia Natural range, which includes Natural Malbec (El Burro), Torrontes (La Oveja), Orange Chardonnay (El Zorrito), Clarete (La Vaquita), Cabernet Sauvignon (El Cabrito), and Chardonnay Pet Nat (La Mantis) offerings.
