Serial Wines Adds White And Red Blends

Made with grapes from Paso Robles, California, the white blend is aged in French oak and Acacia barrels while the red matures in American and French oak casks.

Paso Robles, California’s Serial Wines has added two new blends—red and white—to its lineup. The white blend ($35 a 750-ml.) is from the 2023 vintage and brings together Chardonnay, Viognier, Clairette Blanche, and Albariño and is at 13.2% abv. The red ($35) is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Grenache at 15.1% abv. Serial’s white blend is aged in neutral French oak with a small portion spending time in Acacia, and the red is matured in both American and French oak barrels. Both are available nationwide.
