Oregon’s Sokol Blosser has extended its Evolution wine brand with two new boxed offerings. They include a Willamette Valley Chardonnay ($28 a 1.5-liter box) and Big Time Red ($21), which includes grapes from both Oregon and Washington and is composed of Syrah, Sangiovese, and Montepulciano, plus a small amount of Evolution’s Lucky No. 9 White.
