Sovereign Brands has expanded the Luc Belaire portfolio, adding Bleu, a new sapphire-colored sparkling wine. The 12.5% abv Bleu ($40 a 750-ml.) is made from a blend of 45% Ugni Blanc and 55% Colombard grapes and is bottled with 30 g per liter of residual sugar, giving it a similar level of sweetness as a Dry Champagne.
