The Sorting Table Adds Rizzi Winery To Portfolio

The Italian producer is known for its Barbaresco cru wines.

Napa-based importer The Sorting Table added Piedmont’s Rizzi winery to its portfolio in January. The 18th-century estate has been producing Barbaresco cru wines since 1974 from 16 hectares of Nebbiolo vines in the Rizzi, Nervo, and Pajoré zones. The Sorting Table will import the three Barbaresco cru wines and a single-vineyard Riserva, as well as Rizzi’s Dolcetto D’Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera D’Alba, and Moscato D’Asti offerings. The wines ($20-$300 a 750-ml.) are available in select markets. For more information, visit Thesortingtable.com.
