Made to celebrate the upcoming Year of the Dragon, “The Dragon” ($88 a 750-ml.) is a 100% Napa Valley Cabernet made in eights: 100% Clone 8 Cabernet grown at an elevation of 800 feet, aged 8 months in new French oak, and bottled 8 months before the Lunar New Year.
