Vine Connections introduced a new wine from Chilean winery J. Bouchon this spring. The 2017 J. Bouchon País Viejo ($15 a 750-ml.) is made from 100-year-old dry-farmed estate vines from the Maule region. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts and vinified naturally.
