Winebow’s MundoVino Division Debuts La Marchigiana

The trio of natural wines that pays homage to the Catena family’s winemaking roots in 19th-century Italy.

Winebow’s MundoVino division is launching La Marchigiana from Argentinian winery Bodega y Viñedos Catena, a trio of natural wines that pays homage to the Catena family’s winemaking roots in 19th-century Italy. The limited-production bottlings launch with the 2017 vintage and include Criolla Chica, Chardonnay, and Bonarda (all $35 a 750-ml.). All are fermented and aged in tinajas, traditional clay pots like those used by winery founder Nicola Catena when he arrived in Argentina from Le Marche, Italy, more than a century ago. The La Marchigiana lineup is available nationwide. For more information, visit Winebow.com.
