Delicato Family Vineyards has added its first white wine to the Z. Alexander Brown brand, a collaboration between musician Zac Brown and Delicato winemaker John Killebrew. Uncaged Chardonnay ($20 a 750-ml.) is sourced from the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA in Monterey. The portfolio also includes an Uncaged Red Blend, Uncaged Cabernet Sauvignon and Uncaged Pinot Noir.
