Portland, Oregon’s House Spirits Distillery has announced a series of partnerships to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its flagship Aviation American gin. Titled “Project 10,” the initiative features collaborations with iconic Portland brands, such as Bull in China barware, Pok Pok restaurant and Salt & Straw ice cream. Drawing inspiration from Aviation’s bottle design and botanical ingredients, the limited-edition items include a gin-infused caramel sauce from Alma Chocolate ($12), Lime Coriander bitters from The Bitter Housewife ($17), an art deco–style mixing glass from Bull in China ($95), juniper-spiced sausages from Olympia Provisions ($6), Som Cardamom & Tangerine drinking vinegar from Pok Pok ($18), gin-enhanced blackberry jam and chocolate chip ice cream from Salt & Straw (prices vary depending on size and location), Redmond titanium aviator sunglasses from Shwood ($189), and a canvas bar tool tote bag from Wood&Faulk ($180). The Project 10 products are available while supplies last at House Spirits Distillery in Portland, the House Spirits Distillery Tasting Room Kiosk at Portland International Airport and Project 10 partner retail locations, as well as online at Aviationgin.com.
