Booker Vineyard Unveils New Wine Perl

The Rhône-style red blends Syrah and Grenache from Paso Robles, California.

Paso Robles, California’s Booker Vineyard has launched Perl, a new Rhône-style blend. The wine ($75 a 750-ml.) is blended from 91% Syrah and 9% Grenache sourced from Booker’s vineyards in the Willow Creek District, as well as from the winery’s Catapult and Moonsprings vineyards. The chosen lots were fermented in stainless steel and matured in 50% new French oak before final blending. Perl is now available in select locations across the U.S. For more information, visit Bookerwines.com.
