Champagne Collet Unveils Limited-Edition Cuvée N°21

The release celebrates the Champagne house’s founding in 1921.

Champagne Collet—imported to the U.S. by Napa-based Old Bridge Cellars—has unveiled a limited- release, commemorative bottling called Cuvée n°21. Launching in celebration of Collet’s founding in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ in 1921, the special edition ($175 a 750-ml.) is a blend of 21 of the Champagne house’s best years dating back to 1961. Aged for seven years in Collet’s century-old chalk cellars, the wine is sourced from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Champagne Collet is available nationwide.
