Champagne Henriot Vintage 2008 Brut ($100 a 750-ml.) is a fifty-fifty blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from grand and premier cru vineyards, aged for at least six years. This release celebrates the Champagne house’s 200th vintage bottling. Champagne 2005 Henriot Cuvée Hemera ($200) is a fifty-fifty blend of grand cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay aged for a minimum of 12 years on the lees. The Champagnes are available in nationwide.
