Chandon Introduces By The Bay

Moët Hennessy-owned California sparkling label Chandon has introduced By The Bay, a new blanc de blancs. Made with grapes sourced from the Yountville, Mt. Veeder, and Carneros AVAs, By The Bay ($30 a 750-ml.) is partially aged in French oak barrels and spends 42 months on the lees. The new cuvée joins Brut, Rosé, Blanc de Noirs, and Sweet Star in the lineup, and is available nationwide. For more information, visit Chandon.com.
