Moët Hennessy-owned California sparkling label Chandon has introduced By The Bay, a new blanc de blancs. Made with grapes sourced from the Yountville, Mt. Veeder, and Carneros AVAs, By The Bay ($30 a 750-ml.) is partially aged in French oak barrels and spends 42 months on the lees.
