Evanston, Illinois-based F.E.W. Spirits, part of the Samson & Surrey portfolio, has launched Cold Cut, a new Bourbon whiskey with cold-brew coffee. The 46.5% abv spirit (around $50 a 750-ml.) starts as a cask-strength version of F.E.W.’s Bourbon before being proofed down with cold-brew coffee instead of water. F.E.W.
