Freixenet Mionetto USA has debuted the first rosé Prosecco in the Mionetto brand. The new bubbly ($15 a 750-ml.; $4 a 187-ml.) is a blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir that underwent a soft pressing and then macerated with the skins for several days.
