Italian sparkling wine producer Villa Sandi, imported by Folio Fine Wine Partners, has debuted its first rosé Prosecco. Part of Villa Sandi’s Il Fresco line, the new sparkler ($17 a 750-ml.) is a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir. It joins a growing field of entrants eager to capitalize on the Prosecco DOC Consortium’s recent approval of rosé Prosecco DOC production. Villa Sandi Rosé Prosecco is available in select markets.
