Goslings Rum, part of Pernod Ricard’s Castle Brands division, has launched Spirited Seas, the first ocean-aged rum from the maker of the Dark & Stormy staple. The 44% abv rum ($60 a 750-ml.) is blended from 60 barrels of Bourbon-barrel aged dark rum from Bermuda that traveled between the island and New Jersey on the Oleander for over 40 weeks.
