Hirsch Selected Whiskey Unveils The Cask Strength Bourbon

The limited-edition offering is aged for six years, finished in Hine XO Cognac barrels, and bottled at 62.5% abv.

Hotaling & Co.’s Hirsch Selected Whiskeys has added a new limited-edition cask strength Bourbon to its portfolio. The 6-year-old whiskey ($200 a 750-ml.) is blended from 54 barrels sourced from Bardstown, Kentucky and comes out at 62.5% abv. Before bottling, The Cask Strength is finished in 30-year-old Hine XO Cognac barrels for 18 months.
