Part of the brand’s Signature lineup, the wines are sourced from Upper Galilee.

Shoham, Israel’s Carmel Winery has launched two new red wines in the U.S., creating a new line, Volcano, within the winery’s larger Carmel Signature brand. The new wines, a Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon (both $60 a 750-ml.), are made from grapes grown in Upper Galilee. Both wines are from the 2019 vintage and matured in French oak for 18 months before another year of bottle maturation. They are available nationwide. For more information, visit Carmelwines.co.il
