Shoham, Israel’s Carmel Winery has launched two new red wines in the U.S., creating a new line, Volcano, within the winery’s larger Carmel Signature brand. The new wines, a Merlot and a Cabernet Sauvignon (both $60 a 750-ml.), are made from grapes grown in Upper Galilee.
