A new, vacuum distilled bubbly is available in select markets

Sovereign Brands’ Luc Belaire sparkling wine has entered the non-alcohol category with the new Luc Belaire Alcohol-Removed Rare Rosé. The new wine ($30 a 750-ml.) is made to stand in line with Luc Belaire’s traditional sparkling wines and uses vacuum distillation to remove alcohol while preserving the wine’s structure, according to the company.
