Mod Sélection Champagne Debuts In U.S.

This recently released Champagne has over half a dozen expressions.

Mod Sélection Champagne—created by Brent Hocking, the founder of DeLéon Tequila and Virginia Black whiskey—is debuting in the U.S. The brand will include a variety of different expressions ($300-$400 a 750-ml.), among them Non Vintage, Vintage, Rosé de Saignée, Vintage Rosé de Saignée, Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, Vintage Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and Estate-Grown Tête de Cuvée.
