Vignes de Nicole Assemblage Blanc and Red Blend

Palm Bay International’s Esprit du Vin division released two wines from Domaines Paul Mas in January. The Languedoc producer’s new offerings include the Vignes de Nicole IGP Pays d’Oc Assemblage Blanc—comprising Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Picpoul—and the Vignes de Nicole IGP Pays d’Oc Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot blend. Nobilissima Prosecco and Chianti

Guarachi Wine Partners has partnered with Italy’s Cielo e Terra to extend the Nobilissima wine range this January. Nobilissima Prosecco DOC ($13 a 750-ml.) is a 100-percent Glera wine aged on the lees for 30 days. Nobilissima Chianti DOCG ($15) has mature fruit and spice aromas, with some oak. Bodegas Oliveros Vermouth

Winesellers Ltd. has added a Spanish vermouth from Andalusia’s Bodegas Oliveros. The Oliveros vermouth ($17 a 750-ml.) blends sweet wine matured in American oak casks with Holandas brandy and 30 botanicals and is then aged for a minimum of two years.
