Pernod Ricard has added a 27-year-old expression to its Redbreast single pot still Irish whiskey brand. Redbreast 27-year-old ($500 a 750-ml.) is matured in Bourbon, Sherry, and Port casks and bottled at cask strength. It joins 12-, 15-, 21-year-old, and Lustau offerings in the existing lineup.
