Prats & Symington, a collaboration between Symington Family Estates and winemaker Bruno Prats, has launched a sibling wine to its Chryseia label. Post Scriptum de Chryseia ($27 a 750-ml.) is drawn from two Douro Valley vineyards, Quita de Roriz and Quita Perdiz, and is made with Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca.
