Rare Champagne is launching its Millésime 2008. The prestige cuvée ($210 a 750-ml.) is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Including this release, Rare Champagne has declared only 12 vintages of Millésime, including two Rosé expressions, since its inception in 1976.
