Cockburn’s from Symington Family Estates has launched Tails of the Unexpected, a new line of Port wines aimed at expanding Port’s audience to younger drinkers and encouraging use in cocktails. The line ($30 a 750-ml.) consists of three Ports—Ruby Soho, a young ruby Port; Tawny Eyes, a tawny Port; and White Heights, a medium dry white Port.
